Working in private practice, specialising in the area of lymphoedema and supporting those who are undergoing their journey through cancer in a variety of ways including Oncology Massage.
I offer lymphatic massage and decongestive lymphatic drainage involving support and advice in exercise, skincare, compression therapy including bandaging and compression garments and manual lymph drainage. This supports not only those with lymphoedema but also lipoedema.
Lymphatic drainage aids lymphoedema, lipo-lymphoedema, detoxing, sinus congestion, post-surgery swelling and more.
Oncology Massage is a deep relaxation massage that allows the body to better cope with cancer treatment side-effects such as pain, nausea, fatigue, anxiety and or depression.
Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle, effective form of bodywork therapy. It employs subtle, yet deliberate movements that reposition your body to naturally release the stress and pain patterns.
Health conditions it may aid in the recovery of are: muscle tension, back and neck pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, painful leg, knee and ankle issues, injuries, accidents and more.
Supporting Best Recovery after Breast Cancer Surgery involves evaluation of soft tissue impairments, barrier release methods for skin, superficial, deep scars and adhesions common to breast cancer survivors and aiding in optimal range of movement.
Scar Tissue Release is appropriate for all scars on the body. The McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release technique works directly over scars of any age.
