It is in the state of “trance” or dream-like state between being awake and asleep that the mind is most receptive to healing and making the changes that allow you to live your best life. I have personally used Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) in my own life to overcome anxiety, relieve stress from significant life events including chronic illness, and to become more motivated. I have helped many clients overcome similar issues as well as lose weight and quit smoking. I am passionate about helping my clients to stop battling with their issues and overcome them in a peaceful and safe yet powerful way.
I am also an Access Bars (r) Facilitator . The Access Bars are 32 points on the head which, when lightly touched help dissolve the electrical charge of the thoughts, feelings, emotions, fears, judgements and considerations that don’t serve you. It’s like hitting control, alt delete on your computer brain. I give private sessions to help clients with anything and everything from anxiety, depression, negative thinking, stress and self limiting beliefs to PTSD and pain/illness.I also teach workshops to help facilitate others to become practitioners in this life changing modality.
