As an accredited exercise physiologist, fitness specialist and health and wellbeing coach, I am passionate about empowering individuals and their families with knowledge and life skills to understand the health challenges that they face and to adopt more life enhancing habits that improve function, fitness, overall health and quality of life. I believe in an integrated mind/body approach as well as a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare. While I maintain a general interest in all areas of rehabilitation, I have a special interest in the prevention and management of cancers, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, mental health and pain management; especially chronic pain. I enjoy working with individuals and small groups, in a variety of settings, with the following aims:
