Individual and/or group therapy focusing on helping individuals regain independence in the activities and roles they value.
Being an occupational therapist, it is my role to promote engagement in the everyday activities that mean most to you. This can include everything from basic self care tasks, housework, social activities, hobbies, sleep, and everything in between. I have done extensive training on how to assist individuals with or at risk for chronic illness, physical or mental, participate in what matters most to them.
