I’ve been there…stressed, overwhelmed, feeling like there’s no way through. And for the last 20 years, I’ve studied and practiced powerful techniques, from mindfulness to healthy eating, from yoga to positive psychology. These disciplines continue to help me over each hurdle life presents, through every obstacle. They can help you too.
I’ve made it my purpose and life’s work to share my knowledge and experience – to help you learn how to reduce stress, take simple steps to be healthier, get to know your body through movement, find balance and ease even amidst life change and challenge, and become a happier, healthier person overall. I would be honored to help and support you on your journey to a healthy body and a peaceful soul.
