Linda has a BS in Early Childhood Education from James Madison University. Linda specializes in Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer, Yoga, and Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist. She has worked in the fitness industry for over 18years with people of all ages and fitness levels. Linda hobbies are reading, antique shows and flea markets, scuba diving, and baking.
