I am a registered dietitian, cancer survivor and educator. I have written three books, on the topics of Cancer Nutrition, Lymphedema and Intermittent Fasting. I have created Lymphedema Nutrition School – a program for people with lymphedema to improve their lymphedema management using nutrition. I also have a program for health professionals called Lymphedema Nutrition for Health Professionals.
I am located in Toronto, Canada and registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario as well as the Commission on Dietetic Registration (USA). I offer 1:1 virtual nutrition counselling as well as my self-study and live group programs. I also host webinars and programs throughout the year on various topics related to cancer, lymphedema, lipedema and nutrition.
