Health Connects is a health and well being centre, founded to serve the local community and beyond, in Portglenone.
We provide a range of exercise classes, holistic and professional led services. Our passion is to empower you to take ownership of your own health, improve your fitness and enjoy life to the full.
Our services will include; physiotherapy with specialities for sports injuries, pelvic health, spinal and neurological conditions, reflexology, acupuncture, massage, counselling, nutritionist, GP and consultant led clinics, kids play therapy, life coaching and much more.
Exercise classes will include pilates for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels, pregnancy and new mum pilates, yoga, circuits, cancer rehabilitation and small group personal training.
All of our services and programmes will provide an holistic, person centred approach, linking in with other health professionals as required. We welcome all clients from diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious sectors, vulnerable groups and those of all ages and abilities.
As a social enterprise 100% of our profits will go back into schemes and services to enhance the health and wellbeing of our community and beyond.

Brenda Hardy
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with 12 years clinical experience in a variety of settings now specialising in trauma and woman’s health. I have worked in numerous hospitals and community settings, across the Belfast trust, St Vincent’s private hospital Sydney, Australia and in my private practice, Ahoghill.
Until recently I held a part time post as an Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist in trauma outpatients in Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast, working with patients with multiple fractures, nerve injures and complex ligamentous injuries.
I am a registered acupuncturist with AACP, a certified pilates instructor with APPI and most recently I have completed a post graduate module in Cancer Rehabilitation with PINC and STEEL Foundation, New Zealand.
I have a Post graduate certificate in orthopaedic manual therapy from Curtin University Perth, Australia. I am the regional Physio Representative for Trauma Physio NI and an affiliate member of pelvic obstetric physio group NI.
